Do I need an internet connection?
No. The whole game runs on your device. An internet connection is only used if you choose to watch an optional video ad for free chips.
How do I unlock new cities?
Each city has a buy-in. When your bankroll covers a city's buy-in, it unlocks on the map. Cities further along have bigger blinds and smarter opponents, all the way to Las Vegas.
I ran out of chips. What now?
When your bankroll gets low you can watch an optional video ad for free chips. If no ad is available (for example when you're offline) and your bankroll is very low, you can claim a small free top-up – enough for the first table in Dallas.
Can I buy chips or win real money?
No. Chips are virtual, can't be bought and have no real-world value. The game is for entertainment only and does not offer real-money gambling.
I lost my chips after reinstalling the game.
There are no accounts: your bankroll, statistics and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data resets them.
How do I reset my statistics?
Open Stats on the home screen and choose reset. This also resets your bankroll to the starting amount.
How do I change my ad and privacy choices?
In Europe, the UK and Switzerland, use Privacy settings on the home screen. On iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I play in landscape?
Yes. Turn your phone sideways at the table for a full-screen landscape view.
