Privacy Policy – Hold'em Offline

Overview

Hold'em Offline ("the app") is a single-player Texas Hold'em game played against computer opponents. There are no accounts, no chat, no in-app purchases and no real-money gambling. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the app.

Game data stays on your device

Your chip bankroll, statistics, settings and chosen avatar are stored only on your device. We do not run servers and we never receive this data. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app can show optional rewarded video ads, provided by Google AdMob, when you choose to watch one for free chips. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), IP address, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Your choices

• EEA, UK and Switzerland: you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy settings" on the app's home screen.
• iPhone and iPad: the app asks for permission to track. You can change it in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
• Ads are optional. Without an internet connection no ads are loaded and no ad data is collected.

Children

The app contains simulated gambling and is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available in the app and on this page.
